HPES Staff

High Point Elementary School uses a cross-disciplinary approach, integrating the skills and training of an interdisciplinary team of professionals. The school's staff believe that improving the behavioral and social skills of our students is as important as increasing their academic learning.

Educational staff members include Special Education Teachers, a Gifted and Talented Teacher, a Physical Education Teacher, an Art Teacher, a Music Teacher, a Computer Technology Teacher, and a Health Teacher. The High Point educational team is complemented by related-services staff including Speech and Language Clinicians, Clinical School Social Workers, School Nurses, Psychiatrists and Occupational Therapy Consultants and staff specializing in substance abuse and sexual abuse.
